By engaging KLG Digital for any service — including website design, AI automation, lead generation, email and calendar integration, or AI virtual receptionist — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all projects and services provided by KLG Holdings LLC, doing business as KLG Digital.
KLG Digital provides the following categories of service:
All services are delivered according to a written scope agreed upon prior to project commencement. Deliverables, timeline, and pricing are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
For one-time projects: a 50% deposit is due upon project kickoff, with the remaining balance due upon delivery and client approval of the final deliverable.
For monthly subscription services (e.g., AI Virtual Receptionist): payment is due monthly in advance. We accept payment via invoice. Accounts unpaid within 15 days of the invoice date may result in service suspension without further notice.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all final deliverables including website files, code, automation scripts, and copy. KLG Digital retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project completion.
Third-party tools, APIs, libraries, or platforms incorporated into a project (e.g., Google Calendar, HubSpot, Calendly) are subject to their respective licensing terms. KLG Digital makes no proprietary claim on those components.
The client is responsible for providing timely access to required accounts, domain registrars, email providers, and any content (text, images, logos, credentials) necessary to complete the project. Delays caused by failure to provide required materials may extend the project timeline without adjustment to the agreed price.
KLG Digital builds systems and tools to the highest standard. However, we make no guarantee of specific business outcomes — including revenue increases, lead volume, appointment bookings, or conversion rates. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, client responsiveness, platform changes, and competition.
Important: Automated systems, AI tools, and third-party integrations may occasionally experience downtime or changes outside KLG Digital's control (e.g., API changes, platform updates). We will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain and update your systems, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services.
Changes to project scope after work has commenced will be evaluated and may result in additional charges. We will provide a written change order for client approval before beginning any out-of-scope work.
KLG Digital's total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service at issue. Under no circumstances shall KLG Digital be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client will receive all completed work to date. Deposits paid for incomplete project phases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Essex County, Massachusetts.

We will respond within 2 business days and work with you in good faith to resolve the issue through revisions, partial credit, or another mutually agreed remedy.
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without prior contact with KLG Digital may result in immediate termination of all active services and prohibition from future service engagement.
